· Fully revised to match how we actually handle personal information. Membership-related content was removed, and the items we collect with an inquiry (email, phone number, attachments, etc.) are now described accurately.
· Retention periods: inquiries are kept for 3 years from receipt, visit analytics records for 13 months, cookie consent records for 2 years and access logs for 6 months, and are then destroyed.
· Added the entrustment of processing (Amazon Web Services Korea, server operation) and the overseas transfer (Google LLC, email).
· Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time under 'Cookie Settings' at the bottom of the website. They are not used for marketing.
